1. What these cover
They apply to the GALIL client, this website, and any account created on it. Redeeming a licence key or signing in means you accept them. If you do not, do not use the software.
2. What you are buying
A personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the GALIL client on one machine, for the term you paid for. You are licensed to use the software; you do not own it, and no part of it is sold to you.
- Basic is a one-time purchase and does not expire.
- Pro runs for the term purchased and does not renew by itself. When it ends the account reverts to Basic; it is not closed and nothing about it is lost beyond the Pro-only allowances described below.
3. Licence keys
- A key can be redeemed once and creates exactly one account.
- A key that has been redeemed, revoked, or was never issued is refused, and the reason given is deliberately the same in all three cases.
- Keys are not for resale or redistribution. A key found being distributed may be revoked.
4. One machine
The first sign-in from the client binds your account to that machine. You can unbind it yourself once every 30 days from your dashboard; support can clear it for you if a machine has genuinely gone. The limit is enforced by the server, and asking more often simply returns the same answer.
5. Your account is yours to look after
- Keep your password to yourself. Anything done with your account is treated as done by you.
- Do not share, lend, rent or sell access to your account.
- Tell support promptly if you believe your account has been taken. Every session can be revoked from your dashboard.
6. What you must not do
- Attempt to bypass, disable or work around authentication, machine binding, plan limits or any other control — including by modifying the client.
- Share, resell or redistribute the client or your credentials.
- Automate, scrape or enumerate this site or its API beyond ordinary use, or attempt to interfere with its availability.
- Publish a config whose name or description is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or impersonates somebody else.
- Use the software for anything unlawful.
7. Configs
Configs are stored on our servers and belong to the account that created them. Storage is limited by plan: three on Basic and fifty on Pro.
If an account moves from Pro to Basic — because a term ended or a plan was changed — only the three most recently saved configs are kept and the rest are permanently deleted. There is no grace period and they cannot be recovered. Export anything you want to keep before a Pro term ends.
8. The config marketplace
- Browsing, searching and importing public configs is a Pro feature.
- You keep ownership of the configs you create. Publishing one grants every other user permission to import a copy and use it. That permission cannot be withdrawn from copies already made.
- An import is a copy. The copy belongs to whoever imported it, and changes you make afterwards do not reach it.
- Only publish configs you made, or that you are entitled to share.
- A published config that breaks these terms may be unpublished or removed, and repeated abuse may cost you the account.
9. Payment
Payment is made in cryptocurrency to a published address and confirmed by hand. Your key is issued once the payment confirms. Cryptocurrency payments are not reversible by us, so send only the coin named, only to the address shown, and open a ticket with the transaction hash.
If something goes wrong with an order — a payment that does not arrive, a key that does not work — open a ticket and it will be sorted out.
10. Availability and updates
The software is provided as it is. It works against a third-party game that changes without notice, and a change there can stop a build working until an update is released. There is no guaranteed uptime, no guaranteed release schedule, and features may change or be withdrawn.
Older builds may be refused if a minimum version is set. Keeping the client up to date from the download page is your responsibility.
11. Risk
Using this software may breach the rules of the game it is used with, and doing so can result in that game account being restricted or removed permanently. That risk is yours alone. Nothing here is a guarantee against detection, and no refund or replacement is offered for a game account lost that way.
12. Suspension and termination
An account may be suspended or banned, and a licence revoked, where these terms are broken — in particular for sharing access, attempting to circumvent controls, or abuse of other users. Suspension ends every live session immediately. Administrative actions of this kind are recorded in an append-only audit log.
You may stop using the software at any time and ask for your account to be deleted.
13. No warranty
To the fullest extent the law allows, the software and this site are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, liability for any claim connected with the software or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the licence in question. There is no liability for indirect or consequential loss, including lost game accounts, lost configs, or lost time. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Changes to these terms
These terms may change. The date at the top changes when they do, and continuing to use the software after a change means accepting it.
16. Contact
Everything — purchases, support, appeals, deletion requests — goes through Discord.
